Honestly if you are new to the city, or a college student this is a great place to have your first apartment! They bring the community together with Holiday events! All together they are a great apartment complex and great management team!

My partner and I recently moved into these apartments after falling in love with them after the tour a couple a months ago! During our time here all staff and maintenance are so friendly , amenities are AMAZING & the views are EVERYTHING!!!!

We absolutely love living here. It’s quiet and everyone is friendly even if you don’t know them. Thank you for allowing us to experience this wonderful community. The maintenance team is on top of the work orders. We do not have to wait days for something or someone to respond even if they cannot come that day. I appreciate each and everyone of you who run these apartments. I know it can’t be easy. Thank you for your time

The Landing at Fiesta Village has been a great thus far. Amenities are easy to access and usually not too crowded. Management and maintenance have been attentitive with all concerns. Recommend checking it out if youre looking for an apartment in the area.
