The Landing at Fiesta Village is a very enjoyable place to call home. The pool and gym are very nice, without being too busy and are typically clean. The Landing also offers nice outdoor grills, and good location in a nice area of Mesa. Overall, I have enjoyed the responsiveness of the current management group, as well as the maintenance workers. I would certainly recommend living here to others checking it out!

Lived here four months and absolutely love the complex. It is well maintained, the staff are friendly and very helpful. Gated community so there is a sense of safety which is appreciated.

I absolutely love this property! The amenities are great and I am very impressed with the new management that has taken over. Alexis the Manager is awesome and super helpful.

I’ve lived here from 2023- now and staff has always been kind then transition of management was a little hectic and difficult but as of now it has been better. Emergency maintenance has been awesome!

Lived here for over a year now. Apartments are always well kept and staff are very friendly. Pretty quiet apartments which I love. Many amenities available and they’re always convenient to use.

I just moved in a week ago and couldn't be more pleased with how responsive, respectful, and transparent the property managers have been. Tyler has been nothing but helpful and supportive and I have not encountered anything negative so far. It is a very peaceful place to be. I am very happy to call The Landing my new home.
